(More customer reviews)I bought this iten as a gift for my grandson. When I opened the outside package, I realized that the product had been returned and repackaged. I expected a new, not USED item.
On top of that, the return address label was still stuck to the box, which includes the NAME and RETURN ADDRESS of the previous owner. WHAT INFORMATION OF MINE HAS AMAZON SHARED?
So why was it returned? This is a child's scooter. Maybe it has a broken part that makes it dangerous? How should I know?
I tried to return it, but despite the fact that it is still being sold as new online, THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK!!! So if you order expect a returned one. I'm almost afraid to return it, then you will have MY name and address!
Over the past few years I have lost faith in Amazon. Sears, K-Mart, Wal-Mart and Target, to name just a few of the big ones, are all out there with good service. I can't put up with this kind of terrible and possibly dangerous service.
