(More customer reviews)Let me start out by saying this review is for the UPDATED model of this tool: Shorty's Diet Wench Tool, bought at CSS. As it's more or less just an upgrade of this tool, I feel the review I'm about to give still apples.
I really wanted this to be the end of my search for the perfect pocket skateboard tool. Unfortunately, it's incompatible with my Revenge trucks -- the 9/16 Kingpin socket end is too fat to fit the space between the nut and the hanger. No amount of force gets it anywhere near the nut. Ultimate fail. Otherwise, it's still not without it's flaws. Overall build quality (cast and plating) is very poor. There are clear defects in the casting and the 3/8 hardware wrench slot is so tight it BARELY fits the nut. Even the Philips head hardly fits.
On the good side, it does live up to its name of being lightweight, compact and comprehensive. The 1/2 wheel wrench fits and works great, and even has a plastic insert in the socket to hold the nut in place and protect axle and nut from marring during use. A shame that it simply doesn't fit my trucks.
The good:
Sturdy
Super lightweight
Super comprehensive tool set
Super compact
Plastic insert to protect axle/nut while adjusting wheels
hex/Philips key clips in place for storage
The Bad:
Kingpin socket does NOT fit Revenge trucks (!!)
Hardware mounting nut wrench tolerance is poor - too tight to use easily
Philips driver not a good fit in in mounting screws
Poorly cast metal
