(More customer reviews)I also had seen this bike at the local bike shops and wanted one for a few years, prior I bought a schwin beach cruiser it was nice but not like this bike. It is everything I expected it to be and it's beautiful!! I just love it. I recieved the bike very quickly and it was easy to put together and the 3 speed is great. I liked my schwin but it was a single speed the gears make all the difference.I got this bike even cheaper than Target has it listed for they charge over $80 for shipping...Nirve Island Flower 3 Women's Cruiser Bike (26-Inch Wheels)

Nirve Sunflower Women's Cruiser Bike (26-Inch Wheels) Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this bike for my wife for her birthday and she loves it. It features high quality construction, a great paint job, and a very nice ride. A couple things to note however:
First, the powder blue color that is featured in the photo and the description is not what I received. The bike that was delivered is navy blue (this is more a criticism of Amazon than the bike). Fortunately, my wife still loves it.
Second, the assembly process was not as straightforward as I was expecting. The bike comes with much of the bike assembled, but you do have to spend some time putting on the handlebars, the fenders, the seat, and the front-brake. The instructions were insufficient, leaving out important steps and causing me to have to undo steps and redo them as I figured out the proper way to put the bike together. That said, I was able to get through it, and it turned out to be a rewarding, though time-consuming, process.
A couple tips to help you avoid making the same mistakes I did: 1) be sure to fasten the rear reflector before tightening down the fender. 2) be sure to attach the front fender before rigging the front brake. These are probably obvious if you've worked much with bikes, but as I said, the instructions are vague.
All in all, and now that it's put together, I'm very satisfied. By the way, this was for the single-speed bike. I'm not sure how much additional assembly would be necessary for the three-speed version.

(More customer reviews)I really like this bike. My friends have compared it to riding an arm chair it's so comfortable. Here is everything that is wrong or has gone wrong with it:
-two of the bolts to attach the seat were missing. $5 to replace
-a tube went flat immediately. $5 to replace
-the rear derailleur up and broke. $35 to replace
Despite this, it was still worth the money and when the bike is working, I like it a lot. A lot of strangers admire it.

(More customer reviews)I love my new bike! I was worried about the assembly but it was actually quite simple to put together. All I needed to assemble were the handlebars, front tire, seat and the pedals. The gears were already in place so I didn't have to worry about that. Which saved me a headache because I wouldn't know what to do in that situation! You don't need many tools either. Just a set of allen wrenchs, phillps screw driver and a monkey wrench. Its worth the money which I think is a great price for an awesome product. I am so pleased with my purchase!!!!

(More customer reviews)It was just what I expected of a US$160 bike with no aluminum frame. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble. So many people admire my bike... inlcuding me of course! It's such a great looking bike for that money and with great geometry. I'm 6'1" and I feel pretty comfortable although I usually don't ride for more than one hour.
The breaks did require a bit further tweaking but still deserves 5 stars.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this bike after trying for about 3 weeks to get Amazon to ship me the Schwinn Discovery. I'm happy to say that it is a good bike, even though it wasn't what I originally wanted. It is a bit heavy, but not so much that it's difficult to get up and down the stairs of my apartment. It provides a smooth ride even over bumps. I'm used to riding mountain bikes so it took a bit of getting used to, but now I'm in love. Also the bike is a bit large, I'm just under 5'5 and it's very nearly too big for me(I have to drop the seat all the way down) so if you're a shorter woman this may not be your cycle of choice. I'm also a big fan of the fact that the rear rack matches the bike so it doesn't look like an after thought. It also makes the bike great for a commuter.I would have given a full five stars, but when I received and assembled my bike the wheels were not true and there were some issues with the gearing. I had to take it to my local sporting goods store to have it adjusted because those things were beyond my skill set. Now if I can find a good set of panniers or a basket to mount on the back rack I'm all set.
