(More customer reviews)These trucks are so far ahead of any other type of trucks out there. They contain a double pivot point, which allows for sharper turning and smoother ride. Another great thing about these trucks is that when you carve from side to side, you are able to pick up momentum without having to push with your feet. This is great for a student that is trying to get around a college campus or just for anyone that enjoys riding boards. These trucks work best on a longer or midrange board, not for short boards. The main issue that you need to look out for is wheel-bite; which is when you carve to hard and the edge of your board hits the wheel and makes you wreck. This can be prevented by getting spacers for the board so that it does not reach the wheel when you turn sharply.

The Sidewinder truck is revolutionary because, with the addition of the extra pivot and set of bushings, it gives a regular truck more than a 100% increase in flex, board tilt, turning radius, shock absorption and traction. With the better turning also comes the ability to carve steep hills with more control, being able to traverse such hills with sharp 4-5ft. radius turns, which is almost impossible with single pivot trucks.
