If you need a mouthguard holder -- I didn't -- buy a nicer one like Shock Doctor's. Otherwise, if you're just looking for something to clean your mouthguard with, get the Fresh One pellets, put them in a glass big enough to lay your mouthguard flat in, fill it with water until it just covers the whole guard, and leave it for fifteen minutes. It's all you needed, and you just saved twenty bucks.
