I've never found a better 90mm skate wheel that's affordable. The best deal is about 40 (delivered) or 50-55 for the bearings included version.
Shop around, especially at Warehouse places specializing in Inline stuff.
I get about 800 miles out of these, and then replace the wheels + bearings. But wheels only + old bearings might be fine. There's a K2 Inline Skate Tool that's handy for bearing removal.
