(More customer reviews)I play roller derby and have been wearing these for several months. They wear very quickly and don't provide adequate protection. I took a fall last week while wearing these exact wrist guards and shattered my wrist. I required surgery to fix a plate in my wrist as a result. I would NOT recommend these wrist guards. Buy something better, even if it means spending more money. Your bones will thank you!
